I grabbed this from FTAA KL Website, I’ve been waiting for the timing chip data for more accurate recording.
So I’m in 10th place and clocked 35:55 for 9.5km, so assuming I can go for another 500m in 1:55 it would be 37:50. 37:50 is still far from what I was hoping for. People train years and years to shave off the few minutes, and I shall be patient and keep on trying.
This my timing chip record 5.5km and 7km split.
